INDUCTION – Care Certificate
Course aim :
This induction will ensure that your staff meet the current Standards outlined by 'Skills for Care'.
The induction is divided into fifteen standards, each of which cover an area of knowledge that a new member of staff requires, prior to working on an unsupervised basis.
Parts of the induction process will involve information that is personal to your organisation such as specific working practices and organisational policies.
The induction may provide evidence of underpinning knowledge towards the new diploma qualifications.
