FALLS SAFETY AWARENESS
Course aim :
This half day course provides an awareness of the implications of a fall and how to provide physical, emotional, social and psychological post trauma support.
Learning outcomes :
- Identify the main causes of falls
- Have knowledge regarding impact of falls
- Identify actions to reduce falls
- Understand the need for reporting and care planning
- Safety issues surrounding falls
